I've come to find out that I like both fresh and cooked spinach, but not the spinach in a can.. frozen spinach or even fresh spinach cooked yourself is soo much better tasting!

YES! I had a short story published in a now-defunct journal called IOWA WOMAN. In the story, a character said something the Iowa Woman editor felt was TOO embarrassing. So I had to substitute the dialogue with a line about "having broccoli or spinach caught between your front teeth."
